The Upper Course was designed by Tom Fazio and features 7600 yards of golf from the longest tee for a par 72.
The Lower Course was designed by Gary Stephenson/Phil Mickelson and features all the hallmarks of Arizona golf for a par 73.

Monthly Dues: $850.00 per month
Membership Cap: 290 per course

Custom Golf Homesites: Are available from $300,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 plus
Resale and Custom Golf Homes: Are available from $1,200,000. to more than $5,000,000.00
